Weekly package rates are listed for a full 5 bedroom villa or complete 10 bedroom estate. These rates are inclusive of the following package:

- Daily Housekeeping, Butler Service, Private Chef, Security

- Full American Breakfast

- All Drinks and Beverages (Including House Wines and Top Shelf Alcohol)

- Private Speed-Boat Transfer from St. Martin

- Rental Car

Weekly Package Rates 2012/2013

Rates are shown in USD, and exclusive of 10% service charges and 10% government tax.  14 Night Minimum for Holiday Season.  50% of the total stay is due within 7 days of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and thereafter no monies are refundable.

Please inquire regarding rates and availability for bookings of less than a week. Rates may also be offered, subject to availability, for bookings of less than a full 5 -bedroom villa (i.e. 2 or 3 bedrooms only) - please contact us for rates and availability.
